Welcome to CHARGINI. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CHARGINI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
CHARGINI is an electric vehicle (EV) charging platform that allows users to:
- Locate nearby EV charging stations
- Start and manage charging sessions
- Pay for charging services
- Track charging history and energy consumption
- Plan routes to charging stations
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments and Billing
- Charging sessions are billed based on energy consumed (kWh) at the rates displayed before starting a session.
- Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and may vary by charging station and time of day.
- Payment is processed at the end of each charging session or when the session is stopped.
- You authorize us to charge your registered payment method for completed charging sessions.
- All payments are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Responsibilities
- Use charging equipment properly and according to instructions.
- Do not tamper with, damage, or misuse charging stations.
- Move your vehicle promptly after charging is complete.
- Report any equipment malfunction or safety concerns immediately.
- Do not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Charging Station Availability
We strive to provide accurate, real-time information about charging station availability. However, we cannot guarantee:
- That a station will be available when you arrive
- That station information (power output, connector type, pricing) is always up to date
- Uninterrupted service at any charging station
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile > Delete Account). Upon deletion:
- Your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days
- Any pending payments must be settled before deletion
- Charging session records may be retained in anonymized form for legal and operational purposes
8. Intellectual Property
The CHARGINI app, including its design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by CHARGINI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CHARGINI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of charging stations, including vehicle damage, personal injury, or data loss.
- We are not responsible for third-party charging station equipment failures.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Damage or misuse charging equipment
- Fail to pay for services rendered
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
